But go, focus on being out there, having fun, and crossing that finish line. The same problems you mentioned is my experience too. My gym friends already were working out at that time when I met them. And none of them work out with me, per se, we just see each other, but do our own workouts. <br /><br />That should be fun to set goals and have friendly competitive fun with your friend. As far as I know, the only way to keep doing fitness is to have fun. <br /><br />As far as motivation--I'm a little bummed about my thumb and staying out of gym for 3 weeks, but in a couple of weeks, it will be hard to remember it all!
