  • Take up golfing (no carts allowed)

  • Jump on a trampoline

Team Sports
  • Play baseball on a mixed fun league
  • Join a women's volleyball team
  • Join a mixed bowling league
  • Go downhill skiing
  • Learn to snowboard
  • Snowshoe
  • Cross country ski
  • Learn to skate fast, backwards, and to stop
  • Go tobogganing on Armour Hill
  • Skate on a pond
  • Do yoga
  • Learn tai chi
  • Play Just Dance
  • Stretch until I can touch my toes while standing
  • Work towards doing the splits
  • Take a Zumba class
  • Train like a boxer (I don't want to fight anything more than a punching bag)
  • Take another pole dancing  exercise class
  • Go indoor rockclimbing

  • Do a ropes course (treetop trek)
  • Zipline
  • Kayak
  • Learn to row (like in a regatta)
  • Try fencing
  • Enter a Dragonboat race
  • Learn to cartwheel
  • Play on a gymnastics trampoline
  • Join the roller derby league
  • Learn to skateboard
  • Climb across the monkeybars
  • Go waterskiing
