All meals on this menu are made from scratch except for:
-frozen veggies
-pasta (buy dried)
-sauces such as tomato and alfraedo, but this may change
-breads (except roti)
-shake and bake seasoning
For lunch my husband eats homemade foods similar to this menu at the daycare he works and cooks at and I eat leftovers, salads, or bento box style lunches that I take to the schools I work at.
