I weighed in today expecting the worst as I only got 2 of my 3 workouts in this week and my mid-week weigh in had me up in weight already. Today I climbed on the scale though and there was no change in weight at all since last Sunday. I did not gain, but I did not lose any either. That hasn't happened before.
Sadly I have to miss yoga this week with a change in work schedule. Looking forward to finally swimming though.
