I have stayed consistent once again. I haven't gained anything, but I haven't lost anything either. Last week this frustrated me, but this week I find this to be good news. This means that my caloric intake and my metabolism and my regular activity have found a balance. i am no longer gaining weight from my choices in life. Furthermore, this means that by increasing my activity (going to the gym 3 times a week as intended) will allow me to start shedding some pounds. I'm looking forward to next weekend's weigh-in.
